Model Training & Post-Training Engineer (SFT / RL)
Location: Chengdu, China
Responsibilities
- • Build and iterate SFT and preference optimization pipelines for production agents
- • Design training data standards, evaluation sets, and regression mechanisms
- • Improve long-context and complex-scheduling capabilities
- • Collaborate with platform engineering on train-to-serve release loops
- • Track online performance and drive data-based iteration
Requirements
- • Hands-on model training experience with Python and mainstream DL frameworks
- • Understanding of SFT, RL, and preference optimization methods
- • Ability to design evaluations and diagnose capability regressions
- • Experience with LLMs, agents, or reasoning tasks is preferred
- • Strong collaboration and documentation skills
Agent Product Engineer (Agent Product / Full Stack)
Location: Chengdu, China
Responsibilities
- • Deliver full-stack agent product features from requirements to release
- • Design core capabilities such as orchestration, tool calls, and audit trails
- • Co-build reusable templates and delivery norms with solution teams
- • Establish product metrics and continuously optimize reliability and conversion
- • Drive cross-functional release cadence and quality
Requirements
- • Full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript and backend services
- • Understanding of agent architecture and workflow orchestration
- • ToB product delivery experience and goal-oriented technical decomposition
- • Data-driven optimization mindset
- • Strong cross-team communication and execution
Inference Systems & Platform Engineer (Inference / Serving)
Location: Chengdu, China
Responsibilities
- • Build inference services, schedulers, and deployment platforms
- • Optimize latency, throughput, and stability for production workloads
- • Implement scheduling, canary release, rollback, and capacity planning
- • Support on-prem/private-network offline deployment and operations
- • Improve observability and incident response efficiency
Requirements
- • Strong Linux, containerization, service governance, and distributed systems fundamentals
- • Experience in inference optimization or high-concurrency service tuning
- • Understanding of GPU or heterogeneous resource scheduling
- • Experience in model serving or private deployment is preferred
- • Hands-on incident response and postmortem capability
Safety & Evaluation Engineer (Safety / Evals)
Location: Chengdu, China
Responsibilities
- • Build safety policies, behavior constraints, and risk interception mechanisms
- • Design evaluation systems and track quality performance continuously
- • Standardize governance capabilities in permissions, logging, and auditing
- • Establish review and incident handling processes for high-risk scenarios
- • Produce safety/evaluation standards for iterative delivery
Requirements
- • Experience in safety engineering, evaluation engineering, or QA
- • Understanding of access control, logging audit, and compliance governance
- • Ability to build reproducible datasets and automated evaluation pipelines
- • Strong cross-team coordination to drive governance rollout
- • Healthcare, government, or high-compliance industry background is preferred
